LAB 2016 Sculptors’ Exploration Day Part1

In line with this year’s Langkawi Art Biennale’ theme: EXPLORATION, the sculptors’ team agreed to go on an island exploration expedition. They will do this to see the venue where their works will be displayed and to source materials they will use for their sculptural masterpieces.

FIRST DESTINATION: LICC
Today’s first destination is Langkawi International Convention Centre (LICC). Getting to see the venue where the sculptors’ works will be exhibited would help them make decisions as they create their sculptural pieces.
