SAINAB  HAYEEJEHDOLOH

My name is Sainab  Hayeejehdoloh, I’m from Thailand. My Education is Bachelor of Fine Art, (Visual Art), Thaksin University and Master of Fine Arts (Visual Arts), Silpakorn University

I grew up in the southern border, provinces of Thailand, Narathiwat of Su-ngai Kolok District. I grew up in multiculturalism environment. I graduated in art studies, garnered both bachelor’s and master’s degrees.

My study brought me to the capital city of Thailand, and separated me even more from home.  My family, parents and siblings constantly brought nostalgic moments for my countryside. I missed the beauty of happiness with my family members, friends, animals, plants, I missed the delicious food prepared by my mothers and neighbours.

TRACES OF THE SOUTH, 2012

Those nostalgic moment directly inspired me to produce my art works.  Naturally I have conveyed my inner feelings through art.

I enjoy creating impressive story about the community of Thai Muslim, their way of life, home, environment, community, which has a simple life, cheerful all the time and enjoy the moment at every moment they have.

TRACES OF THE SOUTH, 2016

My artworks are usually painting with mixed techniques, drawing, color compression and printmaking.

I am currently a full-time artist and also accept some other jobs as illustrator, university lecturer, and exhibition officer at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.
