Tadeo Zavaleta de la Barro born in PerĂº
in 1977. As part of an artistic legacy, his father is considered one of the
greatest Peruvian artists. His father told him that the human body represented
both the greatest difficulties and the greatest achievements in art. So, he
pursued figurative art drawing and painting since seven years old, striving to understand
the ambiguities of the human nature. At 18, Tadeo enrolled in his country's
prestigious School of Fine Arts, becoming the first student invited to
participate in the Quimera 99 Exhibit in Mexico. He is one of the few artists
to be accepted to present his work aboard the ships of Disney Cruise Lines. He
has also been exhibited and collected internationally including the collection
of Juan Ossio, Culture Minister of Peru, the collection of Alex Yemenidjian,
President of Tropicana Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas (former MGM CEO), the
collection of Mickey Arison, CEO of Carnival Cruises, the collection of Enrique
Castel, world famous Engineer & Harley-Davidson motorcycle collector and
many more.
