Born in 1963, Yu Yongping is a proud member of Inner Mongolia Branch of the Chinese Artists Association, Inner Mongolia Branch of China Photographers Association, Inner Mongolia, and China Contemporary Art Institute. He is also a senior painter in Chinese Academy of Inner Mongolia Grassland, Artists Association of Hohhot, Hohhot photographer Association and Wulanchabu Artists Association. In 1980, he graduated from the Adoptable art teacher and currently working in the Chinese Cultural Centre of Inner Mongolia as mass culture researcher. In 2010, he graduated from Inner Mongolia University in duly Musi Oil Painting Research Classes.
