Wensheng is born in 1974 in Inner Mongolia, Keerqinzuoyihou. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of the Art Institute of Inner Mongolia University with a bachelor's degree in 2001.He admitted to the College of the Arts in the Fine Arts Department, Inner Mongolia University with a master's degree in 2007. In the year 2010, he was teaching in a graduate school and “First National Young Artists' Creative Minority Seminar" between the year 2012 and 2013. He is currently a proud member of the Chinese Artists Association and Inner Artists Association.
