Li Fang Ning is a master artist from Chinese Artists Association. She is also an arts teacher in Liaoning University. Born in Anshan City in Liaoning Province, Li has graduated with Master of Arts under Chinese Painting Department of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts. Li specialises in bird painting under the tutelage of Professor Liu Dongying.
