Huang Jinpeng was born in 1964 at Anshan City, Liaoning Province. Graduated from Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, he has advanced into an art professor in Anshan Normal University who is assigned to conduct thorough researches ancient temple murals. He has been researching in Yuan Dynasty, Yongle Palace, San Qingdian mural. His works were talked about by a number of media reports and collections locally and abroad.
