He Tianjun was born in 1961, Sibo. From 1978 to 1982, he studied at the Fine Arts Department of Inner Mongolia Normal University, under the tutelage of the famous painter Mr. Musi. Currently, he is now at Baotou Service Management Vocational School and Hohhot Vocational College of Fine Arts and Media School Landscape Research Association. His artworks "Keqi autumn", "Colorado Seaview" had won the third prize of Hohhot Artists Association Fall painting exhibition.
