Hou Ming was born in 1960, Hohhot at Inner Mongolia. In 1988, he had graduated from the Oil Painting Department, Inner Mongolia Normal University. Currently, Hou Ming is the Professor and Director of Fine Arts Painting department in the Art Institute of Inner Mongolia University.
