Low Khay Hooi is an artist, illustrator and art teacher based in Kuala Lumpur. He has advanced diploma from the Central Academy of Art.  He is committed to the conservation of heritage, multicultural and the environment. This is reflected in his art works and the books he has illustrated.

An artist printmaker, Low works mainly in woodcut and interactive multimedia. He successfully held three solo exhibitions and he alsoparticipated in numerous art exhibitions in Malaysia, Taiwan and France. Besides printmaking, he also produces works in installation art and sculpture.
