Since 1983, Ramli Harun has been actively participating in many exhibitions. Domestically, his works have been exposed in the art scene all across Malaysia, such as Lukis Terbuka Kedah in 1983, Expresi APK-Gallery Petronas, Kuala Lumpur, Pameran Warna-Warna llham Batik at Bank Negara Malaysia in 1998 and many more. His works are in the collection by many private and governmental collectors such as Kedah Art Gallery, Holiday lnn Pedu Lake Resort, Kedah, Sila Bunyarat Art Center, Thailand, Le Marious Sword Site Coordinator, California and many more.
