As a professional painter, Gao Wen Feng had his education in the Art Institute of Inner Mongolia, and furthered his studies in the Central Academy of Fine Arts Education. He is currently a council member in Chinese Oil Painting Club, President of Mongolian Division, member of Calligraphers Association and Beijing visiting professor at Kyoto art studios.
