Grace Tjondronimpuno was born in Magelang at 1971. She had her art exposure in Indonesian Institute of Art, ISI Yogyakarta. Several of her awards were The Best 10 Cartoon of National Caricature Record, Indonesia, The Fourth Prize of Origami Cartoon A-Mild, Denpasar, Indonesia, Winner of Asian Artists Fellowship The 14th Annual Freeman  Foundation Vermont Studio Center Award 2006-2007, USA, Winner of Body Painting Competition Hard Rock, Bali, Indonesia, accepted painting of the Third Beijing International Art Biennale,China, and her works are a permanent  Collection of the Olympic Museum Sarajevo, Bosnia.
