Holding PHD of Environment Built in IIUM University, Master in Arts of Graphic from Tehran University, Bachelor in Arts of painting from Tehran University of ART, Moayer is an artist with more than 12 solo exhibitions in Iran, Turkey, USA, and Italy. He also attended in more than 72 group exhibitions in Iran, USA , Italy, and Malaysia. Since 1987, he was working in owned private studio while teaching as Professor of Art in Tehran, Esfahan, Yazd, and Rasht University from 1994 and involved in the management of Art Department in Scientific and Practical University in Yazd and Ardakan. As a proud member of Iran Artist Association, Society Of Iranian Painters (SIP) and Malaysian Iranian Art Society (MIAS), he was also the supervisor for more than 30 mural painting projections in Tehran and Yazd.
