Li was born in Huaining of Anhui Province in 1970. He graduated from Department of Fine Arts at Anhui Normal University in 1994. He is currently a member of Chinese Artists Association and Shanghai Artists Association, and also the Vice-Chairman of Oil Painting Art Committee of Hong Kong International Art. He had attended the 1^st International Art workshop and Art Festival in Changzhou China, 9th International Art Festival and Artwork shop Pho-chang Academy Arts Rajamangala University Thailand, 1st International Art workshop Naresuan University, Phitsanulok Thailand, 1^st ecorea jeonbuk biennale Korea, Share World Expo and “Share the Future” Art Exchange Exhibition for World Expo Cities in Korea.
