Zulueta is a visual artist and photographer in a major daily newspaper. He studied Fine Arts major in Painting. Since 1983, he had joined fellow artists in group exhibitions in art galleries in Manila, New Zealand and Australia. His solo shows include: Tilamsik at the Silahis International Hotel in 1985; Asinta at the RCBC Plaza, Ayala, Makati City in 2002; Aotearoa Series at the Philippine Center in New York in 2005; and Viajes at the Galerie Francesca in 2012.He won First Prize in the First Willie Vicoy Photojournalism Awards in 1997. He was one of the Filipino photojournalists in the book, EDSA 2: A Nation in Revolt published by Anvil Publishing. In January 2002, he moved with his family to Auckland, New Zealand. Pinggot is now based in Quezon City, Philippines.
