Pg Zoluage graduated with bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture from University of the Philippines at Quezon City, Philippines in 1980 as well as bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of San Agustin at Iloilo City, Philippines five years after that. He is a member of Hubon Madya-as Artist Group, Visayas Islands Visual Artists Association (VIVAA), Art Association of the Philippines (PAP), Iloilo Visual Artists Association (IVAA), Philippine Association of Printmakers (PAP) as well as Artista kag Manunulat nga Makibanwahanon (AMBON). He also held the position of Chairman in the Visual Arts Committee of Arts Council of Iloilo Foundation, Inc. from 1991 to1993 and faculty member in Special High School for the Arts located in Iloilo National High School for five years. Furthermore, his talents have been recognised with many awards that he received throughout the years. One of the prominent awards he received was the champion for costume design during the Dinagyang Festival held in Iloilo City for five years since 1993.
