Born in Jakarta Indonesia, painting and drawing has been Neneng Sia Ferrier’s hobby since childhood. Neneng started as a self-taught artist who has been painting and drawing since her younger days in Jakarta.She also spent several years in San Francisco there she pursued to further her education in fine arts at Academy of Art College. She has participated in numerous exhibitions in Indonesia, also internationally in Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Brunei, Korea Hong Kong, Beijing, Bangladesh, Malaysia Penang Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. As well as painting, Neneng extends her many skills into sculpting and installations. She received many awards since 2006 where she was the finalist of “30 Top Finalist for Asian Art Prize Sovereign Art Foundation “ in Hong Kong and many more.
